Return & Refund Policy

Items directly purchased from can be returned in 30-days for a full refund or exchanged under the following conditions:

  1. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items.
  2. Malfunction or Serious Product Quality Issues.
  3. If your product is unopened you are eligible for a return or refund.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

  1. Products not purchased from
  2. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by personal reasons, such as improper installation or operation.
  3. A product sent to Neakasa for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition.
  4. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  5. For non-quality issue products, we will not provide any return or exchange service after this 30-day period has expired.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return shipping address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

Refund Time:  Your return will be inspected within 3 business days after we received it. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in 1 business day. If you are approved, your refund will be processed in 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. 

Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
