Which countries do you ship to?
Neakasa ships to all EU countries, the 48 contiguous states of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Singapore.
Notes: We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Do you offer free shipping?
Neakasa currently offers free shipping on all orders.
How soon can I get my package(s)?
All orders are shipped not later than 3 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Orders placed between 4pm to 5pm on Friday are due for processing by the next Monday.
The products will be arranged from our overseas warehouse ( in EU, US, CA, etc.) in advance in general. For orders from Singapore, the products will be arranged from China warehouse.

If the shipping service provider shows your package(s) has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the service provider as well as Neakasa as soon as possible, and we will assist in all possible ways.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
About custom tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Neakasa is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
