Yes. Neakasa pet grooming products are made with pet-friendly materials designed for daily home grooming. The grooming tools are intended to be used on your pet’s coat and skin with gentle handling.

For best results, please follow the user manual and avoid pressing the clipper or brush too hard against your pet’s skin.

Before grooming, make sure the dust cup, HEPA filter, hose, and grooming attachment are properly installed.

Choose the suitable attachment for your pet’s coat type, then start with a low suction level to help your pet get used to the sound and airflow. Groom slowly in the direction of hair growth.

After grooming, empty the dust cup and clean the filter if needed to maintain strong suction.

The pet grooming vacuum is suitable for most pets with regular shedding or grooming needs. It works especially well for pets that shed frequently or need regular coat maintenance at home.

For nervous pets, we recommend starting with the lowest suction level and allowing your pet to get familiar with the sound before grooming.

The clipper is designed to work together with the pet grooming vacuum system. When connected to the vacuum, loose hair can be collected directly into the dust cup while trimming.

For better grooming results and easier cleanup, we recommend using the clipper with the vacuum turned on.

Please watch the tutorial video below for reference:

To help extend the life of the blade, please clean away hair buildup after use and apply a small amount of clipper oil after using it for a period of time.

Regular cleaning and lubrication can help keep the blade sharp, reduce friction, and improve trimming performance.

We recommend checking the filter regularly after grooming, especially if your pet sheds heavily.

For daily maintenance, remove hair and dust from the filter after use. If the filter becomes heavily clogged, damaged, or difficult to clean, it should be replaced to maintain stable suction performance.

Keeping the filter clean helps protect the motor and keeps the vacuum working efficiently.

If the hose is cracked, detached, or no longer connects securely, it may affect suction performance.

Please stop using the damaged hose and replace it with a compatible accessory. You can find available replacement parts here:

Using a properly connected hose helps maintain stable suction and smoother grooming performance.

The clipper may become louder after long-term use, especially if hair buildup affects the blade or if the blade is not firmly attached.

Please try the following steps:

  • Remove hair from the blade and clipper head
  • Check whether the blade is installed correctly
  • Apply a small amount of clipper oil to the blade
  • Make sure all visible screws are tightened properly

Regular cleaning and blade maintenance can help keep the clipper running smoothly and reduce noise during grooming.

This usually happens when airflow is blocked or one of the parts is not installed properly.

Please check the following parts:

  • Dust cup: Make sure it is installed securely
  • HEPA filter: Check whether it is clogged with hair or dust
  • Hose: Make sure it is not bent, blocked, or loosely connected
  • Suction inlet: Remove any trapped hair or debris

For best performance, we recommend emptying the dust cup and cleaning the filter regularly after grooming.

Blinking lights usually indicate that the pet vacuum needs attention, such as blocked airflow, an improperly installed part, or a full dust cup.

Please try the following steps:

  • Turn off the pet vacuum and unplug it
  • Empty the dust cup
  • Check and clean the HEPA filter
  • Make sure the hose, dust cup, and accessories are installed correctly
  • Let the machine rest for a few minutes before turning it on again

Keeping the airflow path clean helps the pet vacuum maintain strong and stable suction.

If the clipper does not work, please first check whether the blade is blocked by hair or installed too tightly.

Please try the following steps:

  • Remove the blade and clean away any hair buildup
  • Reinstall the blade correctly
  • Apply a small amount of clipper oil
  • Connect the clipper securely to the pet vacuum
  • Turn on the vacuum and test the clipper again

The clipper works best when the blade is clean, lubricated, and properly attached.

A flashing blue light may appear when the machine detects an abnormal working condition, such as blocked airflow or an accessory issue.

Please try the following steps:

  • Remove the clipper blade and check whether the vacuum can start normally
  • If the light still flashes, remove the clipper attachment and try again
  • Check whether the dust cup, HEPA filter, and hose are installed correctly
  • Clean the filter and remove any hair or debris from the airflow path
  • Let the machine rest briefly before restarting it

If the issue continues after these checks, please contact us at support@neakasa.com with your order number, a photo or video of the issue, and the nameplate of the pet vacuum.
