Love the Litter Fence & High Pee Guard! Now less litter gets on the floor so it's way cleaner.
We regret not ordering it sooner; it is extraordinary and has really simplified our lives. The cats took to it immediately. We use bentonite litter, and the waste bag filled up in six days with four cats using it; I think we’ll buy another one because the cats actually queue up to use it—they no longer want to use the old manual litter boxes. It operates quietly, and if a cat touches it while it’s rotating, it stops, making it very safe for them. The app recognizes them by weight; it sometimes mixes them up because they have similar weights, but we didn't buy it for the weighing feature—it clearly indicates when it’s cleaning, when it needs more litter, and when the drawer needs emptying.

For us, this is the best robot toilet on the market. Beats the LitterRobot 4 which was our first machine, we added a grey M1 to that to cope with 4 cats, then rapidly decided to ditch the LitterRobot and get a second white M1. Recently the first M1 began to wear out (I'll come back to that later) and we replaced it with a second latest model M1. Our cats love them, including the one who would not use the LitterRobot, they are cheap to run and easy to clean, and make life with cats so much easier. That said they are not perfect. We have an occasional problem where litter gets in between the rotating drum and the base and gradually gets smeared around the drum. Litter also sometimes gets trapped behind the grille and this is difficult to clean properly (admittedly same problem with the LitterRobot). And the plastic membrane our first machine got scratched and began to retain odours. this is a problem with plastic, applies to many brands, and one wonders if other materials might be more robust?
I think this is potentially a good product but needs work. We have had reliability problems (it keeps stopping with a blinking light on the "blue"/low fan speed). Customer service has been brilliant in replacing defective units quickly but this problem needs addressing. They are also noisy even on the low setting and while they trap litter very well it is difficult to sweep all of this into the collection bin, some always gets into the spaces around the filter top. Finally, it is also hard to know when to change the filters.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The whole litter box and the air ventilation step is a complete waste of money. This won’t let me add any more proof - this is an absolute nightmare. It’s dropping clumps of litter waste behind the machine- as it turns to rotate the cat litter waste is smudging on the outside of the box. It’s filthy to look at and I’ve deep cleaned it 3 times and I’ve only had it for less than two months. SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GET THE LITTER ROBOT FROM WHISKER. They have great customer service, they take care of you and I’ve never had this issue I’m having now ever in my life. I have had cats my whole life and I am shocked at how this machine “doesn’t work.” If you want feces smeared everywhere and clumps under and behind the machine with you breathing all that in then this is the machine to get. I don’t want a new machine I want my money back.
The design of this is absolutely horrible. I purchased this less than 2 months ago and have had to deep cleaned it over 3 times for it to continue to look this disgusting. I am irate that I cannot return this or get a credit, what a waste of a ton of money. I understand if I’d had it a year- but less than 2 months? It does not work and it is dropping the clumps of litter behind it on the floor. I also have a video. I was moving away from the litter robot and I wish I didn’t spend my money on this product. I read up on this product and this is 100% false advertisement. I have had cats all my life and this is the worse litter machine.The app itself is poorly designed and does not tell you where the litter level is at so all the sudden I’ll get a bunch of texts and emails that the machine is full and flipped backwards. So if you’re not home, be prepared to come home to a smelly mess.

real maximum hight when in operation is 632mm. Neakasa olease check and add this dimension in specifications. is important because my wife wanted to put the litter inside a furniture piece. we were lucky as you see here! the best automatic litter. we have three!
I have a 28 lb main coon. He can use it. It’s super tight. I wish they made a bigger size. But, now cleaning litter is a dream. It’s so fast and easy that I am thinking about getting another cat. Love it
i will defenitly buy another if i need one. i had diferent design models before but this one is the most practical in every way and least smelly. there is no air exposure of the poop bag, usualy or during cleaning. that is a clever design!
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of this automatic litter box. This was a major splurge for me, and not a purchase I made lightly. With four children and a busy household, I was hoping this product would make life easier and provide the convenience and cleanliness that was promised. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have followed the recommended maintenance schedule, used the recommended litter, and done everything suggested to keep the unit functioning properly. Despite that, there is constantly poop smeared all over the back of the litter box area, and waste is frequently falling behind the unit for me to discover later. It has become extremely frustrating and honestly disgusting to deal with. One of the main reasons I invested in this product was to reduce the mess and hassle of traditional litter, but I feel like I have spent a significant amount of money only to have a bigger cleaning problem. I am incredibly disappointed because I had high hopes for this product, and I have even recommended it to others based on what I thought it would provide. Now, I feel embarrassed that I encouraged others to purchase something that has not lived up to expectations. At this point, I truly feel like this was a waste of money and that I could have purchased a less expensive product that performed better. I would appreciate someone looking into this issue and discussing what options are available to make this right.
Finally!!! The sensors on the old one no longer worked and it made the machine dispose litter frontward instead of backwards. Getting a new one fixed the issue!!
The fence is easy to install, doesnt bother the cats entering or leaving the litterbox, and it prevents much of the litter scattering.
No screws and have seeing problems instructions was on box out side opened box but sticking did not stay more then a day litter was all over and doesn't fit may be wrong one litter is leveled and using right litter smells changed 2 days still smells and keeping some stuff in filter from gate in bk please help ty 1058 South Park Drive Brookfield Ohio 44403 234 338 8547 James and Kathy Tisza all new all cleaned need help lot.9f money to your company no hole to screw them in help

I have two auto litter boxes and so far this seems to be my cats favorite.
I recently purchased this automatic litter box after using a Litter-Robot for about six years, and I can honestly say this one is outstanding in every way. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly quiet it is. It also has a much larger waste drawer. I have two cats, and it easily holds a full seven days' worth of waste before it alerts me that it's full. With my Litter-Robot, I constantly had to check the app because it didn't make any sound when the waste drawer was full—it would simply stop working until I emptied it. I also really like the open design. It feels much cleaner because my cats aren't rubbing against the inside of an enclosed globe every time they use it, so I don't worry about their fur getting dirty. The only downside I've found is that it's fairly high off the ground. One of my cats has shorter legs and was hesitant to use it at first. I bought a small step for her, and that completely solved the problem. Once she had the step, she started using it without any issues. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this litter box and, in my opinion, it's a significant improvement over the Litter-Robot.
I have recently purchased M1 and it's honestly my most totally worth it purchase of the year by far! The problem was with two out of the three cats. They defecated outside the machine while sitting in. I was quite quick to purchase when I found out there was a guard. To be honest this could be already included day 1, It's actually pretty useful. The only hard part was that I had to drill the provided screws, because they were not any predrilled? Maybe I didn't buy the correct model though other than that it works and it's steady. If you are fluent with 3d printing though maybe it's worth it to DIY it, it's pretty expensive just for a bit of plastic. But it totally works and solved my problem.
I have 3 cats, and these 2 have taken to the new box quite well. The smaller cat (not seen) is still unsure but I think when we have a second one in her preferred location, she'll come around too. It's SO much easier with 3 cats, now.
I have used many different litter boxes for many years and I must say that this is the absolute best one! I have 3 cats that use it and one of them is a Mane Coon. This Litter box handles it with no problem. Worth the money!

My kitten adapted to her new litter very quickly. It’s easy to setup. Although it did take a bit before I was able to get it to connect to my WiFi connection. I love the fact that she will always have a clean litter to use.

I’ve had this trash can for some time now and I love it! I dunk not just stinky scoops in there but generally anything stinky. It holds odor great!! So convenient and easy to put together and take apart, also making it a breeze to clean. The bags are generously big and good quality. I absolutely recommend this to folks who scoop! I also have a lizard and use this to get rid of anything smelly when I clean his tank, and or rotten bugs (holds rot smell great too!!). Got a pet or child who produces stinky after products? Then this is perfect for you!!

My cat bites and pulls on the wastebin, ripped it and pulls it out. There needs to be some locking mechanism and silicone is very interesting to cats. Bengal 6months old

Wish I had purchased this years ago. Happy with my purchase of the Neakasa M1 Plus Open Top Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box. My two cats are still somewhat spooked by the cleaning noise but the humans are thrilled to not have to scoop and clean the litter!
Works very well, cycles well, app is fairly accurate, my only complaint is being that the basin doesnt seem to lock in place when a larger cat enters it, it moves slightly and spooks my larger cat while trying to use it. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase so far.
I have a huge Mainecoon cat, he is close to 19 pounds and he poops a lot. This automatically box is a lifesaver. Since it has opened top, he can comfortably sit and use the litter and it cleans it in 10 minutes and he has place to poop more. I highly suggested to anyone who don’t want to clean litter box every day

Die hebben ocharme een kletske zand binnenin, krap genoeg voor een kitten, laat staan dat een volwassen kat zich daar comfortabel kan in omdraaien. Deze bakken zijn open,zoals de kat het wil.
I love this, my cats really like it. It took a minute for my boy to warm up to it. It really cuts down on the hair in the apartment. I use the clippers to cut my own hair. LOL!
Great litter, does however track quite a bit outside of the box.
