30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy

Undamaged products purchased directly through neakasa.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. You only pay for return shipping and ship it yourself.

1. Returns must include all accessories and must be undamaged and functional.
2. Merchandise should be returned in the original product packaging as received.
3. Products should be cleaned prior to return.

Units returned in unclean conditions may be rejected for refund.
Please note that returns and refund may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.

* No returns or refunds on cat litter.
* Opened pet grooming vacuum accessories, home cleaning accessories, waste bags, pet toys, are non-returnable or non-refundable. However, if such items are brand new, unopened, and in their original packaging, they may be returned or refunded, with the understanding that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Neakasa will bear the return shipping costs for product with quality problems. Customers will need to pay for shipping on returns unrelated to product quality.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Return & Refund Service will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  1. Products not purchased from neakasa.com.
  2. Any fault or damage of the product is caused by personal reasons, such as improper installation or operation.
  3. A product sent to Neakasa for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition.
  4. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
  5. For non-quality issue products, we will not provide any return or exchange service after this 30-day period has expired.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@neakasa.com and send us the following information, so that we can confirm your order and deal with your after-sale problems more quickly.

  3. Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return shipping address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

Refund Time:

Your return will be inspected within 3 business days after we received it.
Please prepare and package your item well to return. Units returned in unclean conditions may be rejected to refund.
Once we confirm that there is nothing wrong with your package, your refund will be processed in 7-10 business days, and the money will automatically be applied to your original payment method ( E.g. credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods) within a certain amount of days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

 

Cancellations:

  1. Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  2. Order Cancellation:
  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped, and within the allowable cancellation time stated on the site.
  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
