So far, tested ok on a wrinkly linen shirt. Worked as advertised. Simple to use, still get hot on the business end. So be careful. Doesn’t emit gusts of steam, but puts it on the fabric.
It’s working good, but on suction mode steam is not strong enough
I have used the Neakasa Magic 1 Vacuum Steamer for over two weeks and I am very satisfied. I used it on various material, silk, cotton and polyester with equally good results. If you move the machine very slowly and let the vacuum function do the job you will get very good result guarantied. A big improvement compared to existing steamer on the market. I highly recommend it.

I have struggled with steamers my whole life. They either spit out wet, hot water they drip on the floor they burn my hand, etc. this is a game changer. I love all of their products very high-quality. You cannot go wrong with the steamer it attaches to your clothes so you get a nice clean swipe down. The entire garment struggles are over.

I love my neakasa fabric steamer.
The product works fantastically as intended. Water tank capacity seems small, but it lasts more than expected. Only thing about it is that it takes a WHILE to cool down after use, so storing it afterwards may take a bit.
I was kinda skeptical at first about this product but after my first use I'm sold no more ironing for me will be ordering another one for downstairs so I don't have to run upstairs to get it even tho it lightweight and portable
I’ve had several different handheld steamers over the last 3 years, brands I’d never want to name because they need to refund my purchases. This Neakasa has been the ultimate experience in steamers and has been my go to at home and even better when I have to travel. I’d absolutely recommend getting one, it will be the best you’ll ever need.

Just what I needed for a quick press (I hate ironing). I do wish the product indicator lights were flipped… green should be GO and red should be NO (heating/warming). Also, wools be nice if a small hangar were included for mounting to steamer to a wall.
This item did all I wanted it to and is really easy to hold. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to remove wrinkles from clothing and getting rid of fold marks from curtains/drapes.
Love it, BUT...! The device works very well, as advertised. The suction paired with the steam is really effective in producing smooth, neat clothes. Only thing is the foam filter inside the cover is so thin and flimsy, it will not last very long. Neakasa should have provided at least 4 or 5 of them. I can't even find the replacement foam filter on the website to purchase! The water compartment could have been bigger. I can iron 2 or 3 shirts and it's empty. I can still live with that, for how effective it is. Just supply more filters with each unit sold, please!

Love the steamer. It's very well made, easy to use and works just as advertised. My only complaint is that when you need to put it down, say, in between steaming multiple items, it sits awkwardly like it might fall over. As there is nothing in the instructions to adress this issue, my work around is to set it on a folded bath towel. Other than this minor issue, its great.

doesn't perform as effectively as it appears in the advertisement. Does a decent job though. Is not made to be able to sit down so you have to just lay it on its side which is obviously not desirable. A very small water tank also.

I love it. I only wish that it could be cordless so I could use it for larger things such as bedspreads, sheets and tablecloths. Also if it came with a duel European current option so I could use it on my travels. But still love it anyway!
The water container is too small. Need to fill up after steaming every two/three shirts.

Exc stuff …. Handy when Iv worn an item hanging behind the door wth few creases on. V v v handy to quikly take creases off. Very powerful. Gets creases of right away. Haven used it a lot. But Lov it.
