1. During the Prime Day event (June 23–26), customers who purchase eligible products (M1 and M1 Bundles, M1 Lite and M1 Lite Bundles, and Magic 1) will receive one Mystery Reward opportunity.
2. Reward emails will be sent from support@neakasa.com. Please check your inbox, promotions tab, and spam folder if you do not receive the email.
3. Mystery Reward notifications are delivered exclusively via email. To receive your reward information, customers must provide a valid email address and opt in to receive emails from Neakasa at checkout. Customers who do not subscribe to emails, provide an invalid email address, or otherwise fail to receive the reward email due to email preferences or filtering settings will not be eligible for a replacement reward email, alternative notification, or compensation.
4. Each email address is eligible for one Mystery Reward only, regardless of the number of qualifying orders placed. Additional qualifying orders will not generate additional rewards.
5. Orders that are canceled or refunded during the event period will lose eligibility for the Mystery Reward.
6. Reward codes are intended for use by the original email recipient only and must not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by any other person. If a reward code is shared, transferred, or used by someone other than the original recipient, Neakasa reserves the right to cancel the reward and disqualify the customer from this promotion.
7. All rewards may only be redeemed during the redemption period (June 27–July 3). Any unused rewards will expire automatically after July 3.
8. Physical rewards are subject to availability. Neakasa reserves the right to substitute any physical reward with an item of equal or greater value if the original reward becomes unavailable.
9. Coupon rewards apply only to designated products and, unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, subscription offers, or loyalty rewards.
10. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other equivalent benefits.
11. In the event of fraud, abuse, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Neakasa reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion.
1. Standard Warranty
All Neakasa products purchased through neakasa.com or authorized retailers come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
2. Warranty Upgrade — Effective January 1, 2026
To further improve the Neakasa user experience, the warranty period for selected products has been extended to 2 years.
Eligible Products: M1, M1 Lite, M1 Plus, Magic 1, P0, P1, and P2
Eligibility: This warranty upgrade applies only to eligible products purchased on or after January 1, 2026.
Applicable Regions: This policy applies to eligible purchases worldwide.
Warranty Continuity: If you previously purchased an extended warranty from the Neakasa official website, the upgraded warranty period will be added on top of your existing extended warranty coverage.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, orders placed on weekdays will be processed for shipping within 3 business days. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
