Reservations are open from November 6 to November 18, 2026. Each reservation costs $1.
Each customer is eligible to receive only one gift. Multiple reservations are not eligible for multiple gifts.
To receive your reserved gift, you must place a new order for a Neakasa M1 Plus or M1 Lite Smart Litter Box between November 19 and November 30, 2026.
Your reservation alone does not qualify for gift shipment. Reservations without a qualifying purchase will not be fulfilled.
If you place multiple reservations and complete a qualifying purchase, any excess reservation payments beyond the eligible one will be refunded.
If you do not complete a qualifying purchase by November 30, all reservation payments will be fully refunded.
Refunds are not automatic. Please contact our customer support team at support@neakasa.com to request your refund.
Eligible gifts will be shipped starting December 1, 2026, after qualifying purchases have been verified.
Note: Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Box Addresses.
